HOW MEMBERS ARE AWARDED LOYALTY POINTS

Non Members of My supplement store cannot be awarded My supplement store Loyalty Points on this Website. My supplement store Members must be logged in as My supplement store Members on our Website when purchasing supplements and other products for us to award My supplement store Loyalty Points. Please note that My supplement store Loyalty Points cannot be awarded retrospectively for orders where a My supplement store Member was not logged in as a My supplement store Member at the time of purchase.
My supplement store Loyalty Points may only be redeemed in exchange for supplements and other products available on this Website and in accordance with these My supplement store Loyalty Points Scheme Conditions. Please note that My supplement store Loyalty Points will not be awarded when you redeem your My supplement store Loyalty Points in exchange for a product.

My supplement store Members can check the number of My supplement store Loyalty Points that they have at any time by logging in on the My supplement store Website and proceeding to the Member’s area. Alternatively click on “Go to Points Management” in any My supplement store Product Page and you will be shown a list of supplements and other products that you can purchase with the My supplement store Loyalty Points that you have.
PURCHASING SUPPLEMENTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS
USING LOYALTY POINTS
All supplements and other products offered on the My supplement store website can be purchased using My supplement store Loyalty Points. The amount of My supplement store Loyalty Points required to purchase a product will be shown on the Product Details page.
To purchase supplements and other products using your My supplement store Loyalty Points choose the “Members” button at the top of the Website screen then choose “Points Management”. Alternatively, choose “Go To Points Management” in any Product Page and you will be shown a list of supplements and other products that you can purchase with the My supplement store Loyalty Points that you have. If you choose one of the supplements/products and then choose to add it to your shopping cart My supplement store will automatically use your My supplement store Loyalty Points to offset against the purchase. My supplement store will then show you how many points you would still have left (if any) after purchasing the selected product.
Where My supplement store Loyalty Points are exchanged for supplements and other products, postage will be charged. The amount of postage to be charged will clearly shown in the My supplement store order process when you are asked to confirm your Billing Details and Shipping Details and before you proceed to enter your payment details.
My supplement store reserves the right to alter, change or cancel the My supplement store Loyalty Points Program at any time. In the event that the My supplement store Loyalty Points Program is cancelled, My supplement store will endeavour to give a minimum of one month notice to enable Members to redeem any accumulated My supplement store Loyalty Points.
Please note that points will not be earned when exchanging your My supplement store Loyalty Points for supplements and other products.
