Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement take 1-4 Microlab Nutrition Therma® Extreme capsules with a large glass of water 30-60 minutes before morning, afternoon and evening meals or use as directed by your physician. Begin with 1 capsule three times per day to assess your tolerance and build up the dosage slowly. Do not exceed 7 capsules per day (adults only).
